Messages are counted in units of 140 characters. A message that is 140 characters or fewer counts as exactly 1 message. Longer messages are split into units of 140 characters each, rounded up.

A single image cannot exceed 20MB. Image storage limits reset monthly based on your plan.
Materials are the raw inputs or components used in production or assembly. For example, fabric, buttons, and thread for a clothing business, or flour and sugar for a bakery.
Products are the finished goods or services your business sells to customers. For example, a dress, a cake, or a consulting session. Products can be composed of one or more materials.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. You can switch plans once every 30 days.
You'll be notified when you're approaching your limit. Additional messages beyond your plan allowance are charged at the pay-as-you-go rate of ₦20 per message.
